Waitlist terms

These terms apply only to the prelaunch research list. MandaStep is planned self-help software, not a law firm, legal-advice service, or government service.

• Joining is free and does not purchase a product or reserve guaranteed access.
• Joining does not mean your situation is supported and does not create a lawyer-client or service relationship.
• The expected one-time software price of $149 per case is research information only. No payment or deposit is collected.
• Do not submit case identifiers, narratives, documents, privileged communications, or sensitive immigration facts.
• Location and court selections are research preferences, not venue advice, a filing decision, or a promise of support.
• You may remove the active waitlist record through your private management link.
